Our Mission Statement
Head Chef Anne-Louise sees Food as a a means to an end. In the old tradition of breaking bread together, our restaurant is the meeting place for friends, even business partners, and family to experience pleasure.

Our story

History

When we first opened our doors, as a brand new restaurant, we served four people. It took six months to fill our sessions. Six years later and we have bookings six months ahead. It’s not always been a smooth journey but it’s been oh so worth it.

Tasting Menu

Our next venture is to introduce tasting menus. We see this as an extension of our current experimental kitchen. This will allow our Chefs the chance to experiment with new flavours and to fail when things don’t work. The best failures lead to the best innovations.
